The built in closet features mirrored sliding doors. There are double sinks in the bathroom along with a shower, bathtub and separate private toilet room. We supply towels. Smart TVs installed in both rooms. All amenities are in “As New” condition. There is a spacious, private full size bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub. There is an off-street parking spot in our driveway. Washer and Dryer are shared with the owners and are available any time. Separate, private entrance with your own private, gated patio which can be used as a sitting area or storage for a bicycle etc. Plenty of storage. Monthly lease includes all utilities like water, sewer, gas, trash removal, electricity, internet, TV, etc. Leased on a month to month basis. Ideal for a professional, clean, quiet, non smoker.
